About MHADA Organisation

MHADA Mumbai Board Lottery

Mumbai Board of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority provides affordable houses under the Mhada Mumbai Lottery. This year the authorities are offering 4083 houses. Mhada Pune Board Lottery 2023

Ajit Pawar, the deputy chief minister, and guardian minister of Pune, will begin accepting online applications for 2700 homes at the VVIP Circuit House, according to Nitin Mane-Patil, the chief executive officer of Pune MHADA. Konkan Lottery 2024

The Konkan board has announced 4654 homes under the MHADA Konkan lottery 2024. Out of these homes, 984 units will be provided under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana scheme. The cost of these houses will be between Rs 14.96 lakh and Rs 21.15 lakh. Under this scheme, the government is going to provide 1456 units from redevelopment projects by the Konkan board. These units will be located in Navi Mumbai, Thane, Vasai, and Virar. 166 units will be located in Ambernath Badlapur, Bhansali, pen, roha, Canada, Thane, Virar, and Vengurla. These units will be available for all income categories. Other than that 2048 houses will be made available in Virar. The cost of these units will be between Rs 23.29 lakh to Rs 41.81 lakh

Aurangabad Lottery 2023

On behalf of the MHADA Aurangabad board, MHADA lottery Aurangabad offers affordable housing units via a lottery system in Aurangabad and its surrounding areas, including Chikhalthana, Deolai, Jalna, Kannad, and Latur, among others. 800 MHADA units will soon be announced as a part of the MHADA lottery in Aurangabad. Eligibility Criteria for Mhada Lottery 2024

The following are the requirements for applying for the housing scheme:

• Applicants must be permanent residents of Maharashtra state and be older than 18 years.
• The following must apply for the appellants’ income to be eligible for the scheme:

Application Procedure for the Mhada Lottery Scheme

• Applicants first need to visit the Official Website of Mhada.

• The homepage will appear on your screen, where you need to click on the Register option.

• After that registration page will open, where you will fill in the following details:

1.  Information about the applicant

The applicant should enter his main information as follows:

• First Name
• Father’s / Husband’s / Middle Name
• Surname / Last Name
• Date of Birth
• Mobile Number
• WhatsApp Mobile Number (Optional)
• Once all the information has been entered, click the “Submit” button.
• You must double-check all the information you entered before clicking the SUBMIT button. To continue, double-check all the information, input the Verification Code, and click the “CONFIRM” button. Click the “Back” button if you want to make any changes to the information.
• The following One-Time-Password (OTP) window will appear once you click the “CONFIRM” button. The OTP that you received through SMS or email on your registered mobile number or email address must be entered, and then you must click the “OK” button.

2.  Username of the Applicant

• The applicant must complete the entire form. The upper-right corner of the application will show the applicant’s login.

3. Monthly Income of the Applicant

• The applicant must provide the family’s average monthly gross income from all sources over the past 12 months (the term “family” refers only to the applicant’s spouse and wife). Only monthly amounts should be entered. Never discuss your yearly income.

4. Applicants’ Photograph

The candidate must supply a recent photo, and the following criteria must be taken into account:

• The format of the photo should be JPEG.
• The image’s file size should range from 5 KB to 50 KB.
• The image has to be passport-size. The applicant’s face must be visible, and a light background is required for the shot.
• To lower the size of the image and appropriately crop it, click on the link below the picture.

The steps for uploading the photo are as follows:

5. PAN Card Information

• Input of the PAN (Permanent Account Number) card number by the applicant is required.
• The minimum PAN card number is ten digits. The first five English alphabets, the following four numbers, and the final English alphabet are required.
• As soon as the PAN card number is input, the information is checked online, and the name is automatically displayed in the field below.
• A notification stating that the PAN card must be scanned and uploaded will appear if the PAN card number entered has already been used by another person. The decision would be made following online verification by MHADA officers of the provided PAN card copy.
• The details will be accepted and shown under the “PAN Card Details” section after the MHADA personnel have verified them.
