The government of Tamil Nadu has launched the Tamil Nadu CM aptitude test scheme. Through this scheme, the government is going to provide a stipend to the students who pass this aptitude test. The amount of this stipend will be of Rs 10000. This aptitude test is scheduled for 23rd September for class 11th students. Through this scheme, around 1000 students will benefit. Out of these 1000 students, 500 students will be male and 500 students will be female.
- Only those students who are enrolled in the state curriculum are eligible to apply for this aptitude test. With the implementation of this scheme now students are not required to depend on anyone for their higher education as the government is going to provide them with Rs 10000 per year(10 months per academic year).

Selection Procedure Under TN CM Aptitude Test Scheme
- First of all, students are required to apply on the official website
- After application, the details submitted by the student will be verified by the concerned authority
- After proper verification admit cards will be released to the students
- Students have to sit in the examination
- The exam will have two papers with 60 questions each
- The maths-related questions will be on the first paper
- Scientific and social science-related questions will be in the second paper
- This question paper will be created according to the curriculum using the Tamil Nadu government class 9th and 10th mathematics, science, and social science textbook
- The first paper will be administered from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and the second paper will be administered from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Students qualifying for this exam will be selected for the stipend
