Objective Of YSR Kalyanamasthu Scheme 2024

The main objective of the YSR Kalyanamasthu Scheme is to provide an opportunity to people who are not able to continue their marriage due to various reasons such as the not availability of financial funds. People can apply for this prestigious scheme and then they can fill out the application form available on the official website or they can visit the concerned authority themselves. People will be provided opportunities so that they can continue their marriage without having to worry about the financial burden. Up to 1.5 Lakh will be provided to the beneficiaries if they continue the application of this prestigious scheme created by the government of YSR. People who are doing inter-caste marriages will be eligible for this prestigious scheme. Make sure to fill out the application form within the next 60 days of your marriage.

Eligibility Criteria

• The bride shall have completed 18 years of age on the date of marriage and the groom shall have completed 21 years of age on the date of the marriage.
• Only the first marriage will be considered except in the case of widows however widowers are not eligible.
• The bride and groom must have completed class 10th board exams.
• Income should be less than 10000 rupees per month in rural areas and 12000 per month in urban areas.
• Landholding should be less than 3 acres of wetland 10 acres of dryland or 10 acres of wet and dry land put together.
• No family member should be working for the government however the families of sanitary workers are exempted.
• Families should not own a four-wheeler however taxis, tractors, and autos are exempted.
• Monthly electricity consumption should be less than 300 units for the average of the last 12 months.
• No member should be paying the income tax.
• You must not own property of more than 1000 square feet of build-up area in municipal areas.

Selection Procedure

• The verification of the eligibility of the bride and groom will be done by the welfare educational assistance, ward welfare, and development secretary in the Navasakam beneficiary management.
• The people will be visiting the residence of brides for marriage confirmation.
• Neighbour verification will be done at the girl’s place.
• Selfies will be taken with the bride and the groom.

YSR Kalyanamasthu Scheme 2024 Application Process
