Eligibility Criteria And Required Documents
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Goa
- The applicant must belong to below the poverty line
- Application with a non-judicial stamp/ court fee stamp of Rs.20/- on plain paper. This application should be addressed to the concerned Civil Supplies Inspector.
- If already have a ration card at some other place then an Original negative certificate or Cancellation Certificate/Negative certificate is also required.
- Aadhaar No. of all the family members.
- Birth Certificates of all the family members
- The name of the applicant should not be included in any ration card in any of the states or UTs.
- Receipt of House tax
- If the applicant is a tenant then he/she has to provide a self-declaration/ NOC with a photograph and attested from the house owner stating that they do not have an objection in the allotting house no.
- Details of Bank Account such as Bank A/C number, Bank name, IFSC code, etc. of the eldest female member of the family (head). If not then the bank details of the male head of the family can be provided.
