What is AIMS Portal
Indian railway is the fourth biggest network in the world. On the railway, there are approximately 1308000 employees working day & night in different regions. It is difficult for the account & finance department of the Indian Railway to provide payslips. To make the process easy department has made an online portal named AIMS (Accounting Information and Management System) Portal. Now employees can register themselves on the portal and can download payslips.

AIMS Portal Registration
- First of all, open the official web page of the railway authorities
- From the home page of the website you need to click “Employee Self-Service” option
- From the opened page, you have to click “New User Registration / नया उपयोगकर्ता पंजीकरण”
- On the opened page, you need to enter your employee no, mobile number, date of birth
- Click the submit option and then you need to log in to the portal with your user ID and password
AIMS Portal Railway Employee Payslip:
To track employee payslips, you have to follow the following steps:
- First of all, open the official web page of the railway authorities
- From the home page of the website you need to click on the “Employee Self-Service” option
- Login with your ID and password, thereafter you have to select the “payslip” option
- Your payslip will display on the screen of the computer.
RESS Mobile App:
RESS mobile application is for the employees of the Indian railway which is developed by the authorities. The application is also available on the Google Play Store. Further are the steps to install the application:
- To install the app, open the official website
- From the home page click “RESS Mobile App”
- Click the install option and then let it download
- Open the app and enter the details
AIMS Employee Password Recovery:
To recover the password, you have to follow the following steps:
- First of all, open the official web page of the railway authorities
- From the home page of the website you need to click on the “Employee Self Service” option
- From the opened page click on “Forgot Password? / पासवर्ड भूल गए ?”
- Thereafter you have to enter your user ID, mobile number, date of birth
- Click the “submit” option, enter OTP, and reset your password
AIMS Portal SMS Alert:
To start an SMS alert, you need to send “START” to “09821736069” and you will receive a confirmation message.
AIMS portal Grievance:
To seek a grievance, you have to follow the further-mentioned steps:
- First of all, open the official web page of the railway authorities
- From the opened page, you need to click the “public grievance” option
- Go to the grievance option and select the “lodge public grievance” option
- Fill out the application form along with all mandatory details
- Submit the application form by selecting the “submit” button
