About PM DAKSH Portal
PM DAKSH Portal has been introduced by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment viz. National Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation (NSFDC), National Backward Classes Finance & Development Corporation (NBCFDC) & National Safai Karamcharis Finance and Development Corporation (NSKFDC). The PM DAKSHA Portal will provide various skill training areas like Up-skilling/Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Short Term Courses (focus on wage/self-employment). Through this training, candidates will be able to enroll in well-paid jobs or even do self-employment. The PM DAKSH Portal will not only offer skill training opportunities to men but women can also participate to get employed in any sector. The selection of training institutes will be done on the basis of their past performance or record of selected candidates, and recommendations by the PMU team.
What is the PM DAKSH Yojana?
The Government of India has created a new initiative for SC, OBC, DNTs, EBC, and Safai karmi; Waste pickers who belong to the Economically Weaker Section and cannot afford a good lifestyle. The main focus of the PM DAKSH Yojana is to provide high-skill training opportunities through the training institution so the economic condition of needy people will get better. The area of job will be expanded, candidates will be able to get better employment or even start their own business and work as self-employment. The skill training programme will help the candidates to learn new or trending skills which help to get work easily with good pay.
- The artist who already has art in their hands will also get trained under the trainers to get more professional or add new elements. The age of the candidate should be between 18 to 45 years. Or the annual income of candidates who belong to the OBC community would not be more than Rs. 3 lakh.

Objective of PM DAKSH Portal
The main aim of implementing the PM DAKSH Portal is to support all the needy people who belong to the Scheduled caste, Backward communities or Safai Karmi community, to get skill training for better job opportunities. There are many people who have the intention to do a better job and build a good environment for their family, but because of improper employment or poor economic conditions, they cannot afford a healthy life. Eligibility Criteria for PM DAKSH Portal
- The candidate must be an Indian Resident.
- The age of the Candidate should be between 18 to 45 years.
- For people who belong to the OBC community, their annual income should not be more than 3 lakh per annum
- For people who belong to the EBC community, their annual income should not be more than 1 lakh per annum.
- Candidates who belong to SC/DNTs/Safai Karmi or Waste Picker have no income limit.
- Candidates must have their Aadhar card or Aadhar link bank account.

- After that you have to click on the Student Registration option. The registration page will appear on your screen here you have to enter the following details:
