About TS-bPASS Login 2024
The Telangana State Building Permission Approval and Self-Certification System (TS-bPASS), a single integrated platform for processing various permissions required during the development of land and construction of buildings through a self-certification system, has been launched/introduced by the Government of Telangana by the Telangana Municipalities Act, 2019. Additionally, it is made to deliver the services within predetermined time frames. The TS bPASS was initially utilized to approve residential buildings built on plot sizes up to 600 square yards in locations under the control of the GHMC. Larger residential developments were subsequently brought under the TS bPASS’s jurisdiction.
All residential structures, regardless of size, will be included in the scope of TS-bPASS once the system is completely established. The objective of TS-bPASS Login 2024
The Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self-Certification System (TS-iPass), which debuted in July 2015 as a digital platform for granting online industrial building licenses based on a self-certification paradigm, served as the model for the development of the TS bPASS. Presently, there are preparations in place to fully implement TS bPASS in the areas under GHMC control. To approve a construction plan, TS-bPASS serves as a single point of contact for many organizations, including the fire department, electrical board, traffic department, and planning department. Departments that delay authorization face sanctions to prevent late service delivery. After the application has been approved, TS-bPASS issues an automatic certificate with the signatures of the pertinent authorities. This certificate may be used to get a loan for construction-related expenses or to fund construction projects. Also to be highlighted is the fact that building permits issued via the TS-bPASS system may be revoked by the commissioner within 21 days of the approval date if it can be proven that the permit was the result of a factual error or a violation of one or more rules.

Additional Records Necessary for TS bPASS depending on Conditions

- Receipt for property taxes paid, if applicable
- Site photos, a VLT tax receipt if work has started on the site, and three years’ worth of VLT payments
- If accepted, the building plan approval document Certificate of Market Value for a Building Plan Unless SRO data is accessible
- If an open plot or piece of land, ownership document, or link document is registered before October 28, 2015.
- If the layout is not approved, the ownership document or link document registered before October 28, 2015
- Ownership Certificate from a Concerned GP/ULB or an Assessment Registration Certificate and a property tax receipt, if the layout has been approved, and Gramakantam/Abadi BRS approval document, if the layout has been approved under BRS.
- If the building was constructed before January 1, 1985, the property tax receipt, water connection, and electricity bill (before 1985)

Self-certification is a declaration made by the applicant that the proposals and documents are by the rules and regulations.
