About Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme
The government of Gujarat has launched a Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme to provide financial assistance to those students who are unable to pursue higher education. Through this system students studying in classes 9 to 12 will be provided financial assistance. So that they can continue their education. Those students who are studying from class 9th to 10th will be provided financial assistance of Rs 20000 and those students who are studying in classes 11th and 12th will be provided financial assistance of Rs 25000. Only those students who are studying in Government schools will be provided the benefit of this scheme. With the implementation of this scheme, students will be able to pursue higher education. Students are requested to submit their application before 26th May 2023 to get the benefit of this scheme.

Eligibility Criteria Of Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme
- The student must be a permanent resident of Gujarat
- The student must have passed the class 8 examination
- Applicant must be studying in government, government aided or local School
- The annual household income of the student must not exceed Rs 1.5 lakh
- Students are required to take the competitive exam and the most meritorious student will be eligible to get the benefit
Financial Assistance Under the Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme
- For students studying in class 9 to 10th- Rs 20000 annually
- For student study in class 11th and 12th- Rs 25000 annually
Exam Pattern Under the Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme
- A multiple-choice exam will be held for the selected students
- This examination will be of 120 marks
- The duration of the examination will be 1.5 hour
- The exam will be held in English and Gujarati

Terms And Conditions of Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme
- The amount of the scholarship will be deposited into the bank account of the beneficiary
- This scholarship will be paid only to those students who have 80% attendance
- If the student fails during classes 9 to 12 or drops out of school then serious action will be taken against the student and the benefit of the scholarship will be ceased
