A sum of Rs. 4,000 (Rs. 2000 during the Kharif season and Rs. 2000 for the Rabi crop) is given to farmers every year under the scheme. This scheme is particularly for common and small farmers. KALIA Yojana 11th Installment Payment Transfer
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik released the KALIA Yojana 11th Installment Payment transfer to the small farmers of the state. A total of Rs 933.07 crore has been released for the Kalia Yojana beneficiaries of the state till now. In addition, Kalia Centers were established to offer expert support to farmers throughout the state’s districts. In his speech to the state’s agricultural community, the chief minister said that every farmer’s family should be strong. They should live in dignity and contribute to Odisha’s prosperity. The Chief Minister declared that the KALIA Yojana would now run for an additional three years, or until 2026–2027.
What is Odisha Kalia Yojana?
As everyone is aware, the Odisha government introduced the KALIA Yojana in 2019 to give small, marginal, and landless farmers financial assistance. The Chief Minister gave the farmers financial support under this program so they could use it for irrigation. As part of the Kalia Yojana, the Odisha government deposited Rs. 1272 crore into the accounts of about 53 lakh small, marginal, and landless farmers on Friday, February 12. Each beneficiary will now have Rs. 2000 deposited into their account thanks to the initiative of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. The years 2021–2022 will be covered in this installment. The primary objective of the KALIA Yojana New List 2024 is to provide the names of the beneficiaries of the scheme. Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant needs to reside in Odisha.
- The applicant must be a member of a minority or underprivileged group.
- The applicant must be from a low-income household.
- The applicant’s bank account needs to be open and active.
- Farmers who are subject to the tax payment structure are not eligible to apply for the KALIA Yojana.
Benefits of Odisha Kalia Yojana
- Farmers would receive Rs. 5000 as a reward.
- The beneficiaries received a total of Rs. 25,000.
- The landless farmers received an annual payment of Rs. 12,500.
- Each recipient would also receive accidental coverage of Rs. 2 lakhs in exchange for a contribution of Rs. 12.
- The funds were transferred right away to the recipients’ bank accounts.
- The recipients receive a life insurance policy worth Rs. 2 lakhs, with premiums of Rs. 330.

The user must take the actions listed below to view the Kalia Yojana List:
- Firstly, visit the Kalia Yojana official website.
- The website’s home page will appear on the screen.
- Select the option labeled Beneficiary list.
- Select your district name now, and every block within it will open.
- Choose your Block and Gram Panchayat from the lists of applicants in Odisha arranged by District and Block.
- Next, select the “View” button.
- The generated PDF list contains the recipients’ names for your verification. It will have two lists: one for small farmers and another for laborers in agriculture who do not own land.
- Click the desired PDF now to open a new page.
- Proceed to input the Captcha Code and press the Submit button.
- Lastly, download the list for your future use.
