The PM Apprenticeship Mela (PMNAM) will be held on the 12th of December 2022 at 197 locations throughout 25 states and Union Territories. About PM Apprenticeship Mela 2024
More than 200 places in India hosted the PM Apprenticeship Mela 2024. The Pradhan Mantri National Apprenticeship Mela will be held monthly by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. According to the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, “In terms of apprenticeship prospects for today’s young, India has frequently been contrasted with other developed economies. We are doing everything we can to make apprenticeship opportunities available to trainees and students to close this gap. To increase institutions’ and students’ involvement in creating jobs, the Pradhan Mantri National Apprenticeship Mela is being used as a platform. Additionally, it educates young people on the range of choices provided by affiliate companies.
The celebration will begin at 9 am and last until 5 pm. Candidates for the PMNAM must have completed grades five through twelve and possess a skill training certificate. Graduates and ITI Diploma holders may also apply during this apprenticeship fair.

- After their training time, candidates will also earn apprenticeship certifications recognized by the National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET), which will provide them with industry recognition.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates may apply for an apprenticeship during the mela if they have completed classes V through XII, have skill training certificates, an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certification, or are graduates.

- Identity (ID) documentation, such as an Aadhaar card or a driver’s license
- Three copies of their mark sheet and certificates.
