- The groom must be at least 21 years old
- The free and voluntary consent of marriage must be given by both bride and groom
- In the case of Hindu Marriage, the marriage must be solemnized by a licensed person in the presence of three witnesses
- In case of a special marriage, the marriage must be solemnized by a licensed person in the presence of two witnesses
- Neither the bride nor the bridegroom must have a living spouse
- If the bride or groom will marry before then they are required to produce a certificate showing that they are divorced or a widow

- Proof of residence of both bride and bridegroom (employee ID card or ration card driving license passport or visa)

- Wedding invitation card stating the name of husband and wife, venue, and date of marriage

- Proof of divorce in case of divorce
- Proof of death of a spouse in case the person was already married and widowed

- The home page will open on your screen
- You have to click on the Registration button present on the menu bar and a drop-down menu will open on your screen where you have to click on the option called User Registration.
- The registration form will open on your screen.
- Enter your details, address details, other details, and login details.
- You need to verify your mobile number by entering the OTP and completing your registration.
- You have to log in using your credentials.
- Click on the option called Marriage Registration and a new registration page will open on your screen.
