Online Registration Process under NVSP Portal
The actions listed below must be followed by applicants in order to register on the National Voter Service Portal:
- First, visit the NVSP portal’s official website.
- The website’s home page will appear on the screen.
- On the homepage, you have to select the Login option.
- The screen will display the login page.
- Register As a New User
- Register as an Overseas Voter
- The screen will change to a new page.
- Put in your mobile number and the captcha code now.
- Then select the Send OTP option.
- You will receive an OTP to your registered number once you click the Send OTP button.
- Input the obtained OTP now, then press the Verify button.
- A new page will appear on the screen after successful verification, where you must enter a password with at least eight characters.
- Enter the captcha code and agree to the terms and conditions after that.
- Continue and select the Register Account button.
- The screen will change to a new page.
- Select the “Welcome” button.
- The screen will change to a new page.
- Enter all the necessary information now, including Name, Surname, State or UT, Gender, etc.
- To finish the registration procedure, click the Submit button.
Offline Registration under the NVSP Portal 2023
- If you want to apply for registration in offline mode then first visit the official website of NVSP Portal.
- The homepage will appear on your screen.
- Here you have to click on the Download form option.
- Now, the form will be downloaded on your device, here you have to fill in the required information which will be asked in the form, such as:
- Fill in your Mobile No. and Email ID correctly.
- After filling in all the details, print out the application form from your device.
- Now, Submit it to the Local Election Commission Office or the Nearest Public Service Branch of your local political party.
- After submitting the Registration forms and documents, you will be given a receipt by the officer.

- On the homepage, you have to select the Login option.
