About MahaDBT Farmer Scheme 2024
The Government of Maharashtra has launched the MahaDBT Farmer Scheme. Through this scheme, various kinds of financial assistance will be provided to the farmers so that their income can be increased. The government will also provide various facilities to the farmers which include the construction of new wells, repair of old well, in-well boring, pump set installation, farmer plastic lining, micro irrigation facility, PVC pipe facility, etc. The government is going to provide separate grants for the above-mentioned facilities. With the implementation of this scheme, the farmers are not required to depend on others for funds as the government is going to provide them with funds. This scheme will improve the standard of living of the farmers. Other than that the farmers will also become self-dependent. This scheme is being implemented in all the districts of Maharashtra except Mumbai, Sindhudurg, Ratnagiri, Satara, Sangli and Kolhapur

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Maharashtra
- Applicant must belong to scheduled caste
- Beneficiaries are also required to submit their land-related documents
- The submission of income proof is mandatory
- The land of the farmer should not exceed 6 hectares

For New Well:
- Scheduled Caste Certificate from Competent Authority
- Extract of 7/12 & 8-A
- Previous Year Annual Income Certificate from Tehsildar (up to Rs.1,50,000/-).
- Beneficiary’s Affidavit.(on stamp paper of Rs. 100/500)
- Certificate in case of disability
- Certificate from Talathi – Certificate regarding common total holding area (within 0.40 to 6 hectares); Certificate regarding the absence of well; Evidence that the proposed well is more than 500 feet from a pre-existing well; Proposed well survey no. Map and boundaries.
- Water Availability Certificate from Ground Water Survey Development System.
- Field inspection and recommendation letter from Agriculture Officer (Vighyo)
- Recommendation letter from Group Development Officer
- Photograph of the site where the well is to be taken (with important landmarks and beneficiaries).
- Resolution of Gram Sabha.
For Old Well Repair/ Inwell Boring:
- Schedule a Caste Certificate from Competent Authority.
- Previous Year Annual Income Certificate from Tehsildar (up to Rs. 1,50,000/-).
- Update of land holding 7/12 certificate and 8A copy.
- Resolution of Gram Sabha.
- Certificate from Talathi – Certificate regarding total holding area (within 0.20 to 6 hectares); Certificate of the existence of well; Proposed well survey no. Map and boundaries.
- Beneficiary’s bond (on stamp paper of Rs. 100/500).
- Field inspection and recommendation letter from Agriculture Officer (Vighyo)
- Recommendation letter from Group Development Officer
- Pre-commencement photograph of the well on which old well repair/ in well boring work is to be undertaken (with important landmarks and beneficiaries)
- Ground water survey development system feasibility report for in-well boring.
- Certificate in case of disability
farm lining/size of electricity connection/pump set / micro irrigation set:
- Caste certificate of Scheduled Caste from the competent authority.
- Previous year annual income certificate from Tehsildar. (Upto Rs. 1,50,000/-).
- Update of land holding 7/12 certificate and 8A copy.
- Certificate regarding total retention area from Talathi. (Within the limit of 0.20 to 6 hectares)
- Recommendation/Approval of Gram Sabha
- Undertaking regarding completion of farm lining (on stamp paper of Rs. 100/500)
- Photo before the commencement of work (with important marks)
- Guarantee letter regarding lack of electric connection and electric pump set
- A photocopy of the measurement book of the proposed farm and budget copy as per the measurement in the measurement book should be signed by the concerned Mandal Agriculture Officer.

- Now you are required to click on New application registration
- After that, you have to enter your name password etc
