Under this manifesto, the government has announced 6 guarantee schemes that will be implemented if the party comes into power. Importance Of 6 Guarantee Scheme
The announcement to launch the Guarantee Scheme has been made by the Congress party in their election manifesto. The party has promised to launch the Mahalaxmi scheme, the Rythu Bharosa scheme, the Indiramma housing scheme, the Yuva Vikshasam scheme, and the Gruha Jyoti scheme if they come into power. Through these schemes, various kinds of financial and social security benefits will be provided so that the standard of living of the beneficiaries will be improved. The beneficiaries will also become self-dependent. The benefits include monthly financial assistance, free bus travel, cylinders at subsidized rates, etc. All the citizens of the state will be benefited through these schemes

Objective Of the 6 Guarantee Announcement
- The main objective of the Telangana Guarantee Scheme is to provide various kinds of social and financial benefits to the citizens

- These schemes include providing free electricity, financial assistance, educational assistance, farmer assistance etc

Mahalaxmi
The Congress Party will launch the Mahalaxmi if they come into power in the upcoming elections in Telangana. Through this scheme, the women of the state will receive financial assistance of Rs 2500 every month. Other than that the women will also be provided gas cylinders for Rs 500. This scheme will also provide free travel in RTC buses. With the implementation of this scheme, the financial condition of the women will be improved. Those women who belong to the financially weaker section will get the benefit of this scheme. Now women will not be required to depend on anyone for financing their day-to-day needs as through these schemes financial assistance will be provided by the government
Rythu Bharosa
Rythu Bharosa will be launched by the Congress party if they come into power. Through this scheme, the farmers of the state will get financial assistance up to Rs 15000. This financial assistance will be provided to those farmers who are tenants. Other than that financial assistance of Rs 12000 per year will be provided to agriculture labour. The government will also provide Rs 500 bonus for paddy crops. The amount of this financial assistance will be directly credited into the bank account of the beneficiary. Indiramma Indlu
Through the Indiramma scheme, the government is going to provide financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh to those citizens who do not have a house of their own. Other than that 250 square feet plot will be provided to all the Telangana movement fighters. This scheme will be launched by the Congress party if they come into power. This scheme is also a part of the election manifesto of the Congress Party. Now beneficiaries will not be required to depend on anyone in order to get a house of their own. Cheyutha Scheme
In order to provide financial assistance to the elderly citizens of the state the Congress Party has promised to launch Cheyutha Prorgram if they come into power. Through this scheme, the government will provide health insurance cover up to Rs 10 lakh to all the elderly citizens of the state. Other than that a pension of Rs 4000 per month will also be provided to the poor elderly citizens. This scheme will improve the standard of living of the elderly poor citizens. Yuva Vikasam
In order to improve the status of the youth of the state the Congress party will launch the Yuva Vikasam as a part of the Telangana Guarantee Scheme if they come into power. Under the scheme, a Yuva Bharosa card will be provided which will be worth Rs 5 lakh to the students. This card will be used for pursuing higher education. The government will also establish Telangana international schools in every block. Students will be able to avail the benefit of this card in these schools. With the implementation of this scheme, beneficiaries will not be required to depend on anyone to finance their education. This scheme will also improve the literacy rate of the state

Gruha Jyothi
The Congress party will launch Gruha Jyoti if they come into power as a part of 6 guarantee schemes. Under this scheme, 200 units of free electricity will be provided to the citizens free of cost. All the citizens of Telangana will be eligible to get benefits of this scheme. In order to apply under the schemes beneficiaries are not required to visit any government offices as all the citizens will be automatically enrolled under the scheme. With the implementation of this scheme now citizens are not required to worry about their electricity bills as the Government of going to finance their electricity
