Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria while applying for the Rajasthan housing scheme:-
- An applicant must be a resident of Rajasthan state.
- The applicant must be above the age of 18 years.
- An applicant must have a working bank account number
- The applicant must not own any residential house in Rajasthan state.
- To apply for LIG house the annual income of the applicant’s family must be Rs. 300000/-
- To apply for a LIG-B house the annual income of the applicant family must be between Rs. 300000/- to Rs. 600000/-
- To apply for the MIG house the annual income of the applicant’s family must be between Rs. 600000/- to Rs. 1000000/-
- JDA must have not allotted any plot/ house in the name of the applicant in the past 10 years.

- An “Apply for Registration/application status” option
- A new page will be displayed on the screen

- Click on the “Send OTP” option
