Types of Adhar Card 2024

• Aadhar card for Indian residents- This Aadhar card is provided to all the citizens of India. In order to file the income tax return beneficiaries must have their PAN linked with Aadhar

Procedure To Apply For Adhar Card

• First of all, you have to go to the nearest enrollment centre
• Now you have to ask for the Aadhar card application form
• You have to fill all the required details in this application form

• Under section 133 AA (2) of the Income Tax Act it is mandatory for individuals to link their PAN card to the Aadhar Card before filing an income tax return
• The cut-off date to link PAN card to Aadhar Card is 31st March 2023
• After that citizens are required to pay a cost of Rs 500 for linking Pan with Aadhar Card up to 30th June 2020
• If the pan card is not linked with Aadhar Card up to 30th June 2022 then the beneficiary have to pay a fine of Rs 1000 for linking the Aadhar card with Pan between 1st July 2022 to 31st March 2023
