About DDA First Come First Served Housing Scheme 2024
The Delhi Development Authority has launched the DDA First Come First Served Housing Scheme. Through this scheme, the authority is offering 5000 flats to the citizens on a First Come First serve basis. This scheme will be launched on 30th June 2023. Through this scheme, flats will be available for high-income groups, middle-income groups, and low-income group categories. The authority is launching flats on First Come First serve basis for the first time for the higher-income group and middle-income groups.
- The flat under the scheme will be offered for middle-income groups in Dwarka and Narela, for higher-income groups in Jasola, and lower-income and economically weaker sections in Rohini, Narela, siraspur, and Lok Nayak Puram.
- Through this scheme, citizens will be able to book a flat of their choice in their preferred locality and floor by paying a token booking amount. There are no conditions of not owing any plot or house in Delhi for booking these flats.
