About ePass Karnataka Scholarship

The Government of Karnataka has created a new scheme is known as ePass Karnataka to provide various opportunities for the talented students of the state. With the help of this scheme, deserving and needy students will be able to pursue higher education without thinking about any financial hurdles. The main aim of launching ePass Karnataka is to bring development to society. Now the financially weak student will be able to pursue an education without having any financial problems.

Objective of ePass Karnataka Scholarship

As we all know there are many minor-category Students who are not able to continue their studies due to financial problems or economic position and their dream to complete academics stay incomplete. Due to this problem, the Government of the Karnataka state has launched the ePass Karnataka Scholarship. With the help of this scholarship students of the Karnataka state will be able to complete their studies without thinking about any financial crisis and without any burden on their shoulders.

Types Of Scholarships

There are three types of scholarship present at the official portal of Karnataka scholarship 2020:-

Full Course Fee concession for PMS FAAS, FC, and NUR- About 20000 understudies are offered Vidyasiri grant every year. Under this plan, qualified understudies are given full charge admission to the course they are taken a crack at.
Free Hostel Accommodation/Fee for Post-Matric Courses- Under this grant, the plot government gives free inn convenience and course expense to the worthy understudies of SC/ST/Backward classes. Eligibility Criteria ePass Karnataka Scholarship 2021

Scholarship	Eligibility
Post matric scholarship	Students who are pursuing their post matriculation level of education are eligible to apply for this scheme. The annual income should be less than 1.50 lakh (for category 1) and 2 lakh (for 2A, 3A, and 3B Categories)
Food and accommodation scholarship	students who are pursuing their post matriculation level of education from government-aided housing colleges. The annual income should not exceed 2.50 lakh ( for category 1) and 5 lakh (for 2A, 3A, and 3B Categories)
Fee Concession	Students who are pursuing PG courses intelligible to apply for this scheme The annual income should not exceed 1 lakh (for Category 1) and 2.50 Lakh ( for 2A, 3A and 3B Categories)

Documents Required

The following documents are required while applying for the Karnataka scholarship:-

Senior Secondary Leaving Certificate (SSLC)
Transfer Certificate (TC) issued by the school or college
Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority (for SC/ST/BC/ PWD category candidates)
Bank Pass Book for student’s bank account details
Income Certificate issued by Tahsildar or Sub-Tahsildar
Residential Certificate/ Domicile certificate
Latest passport-sized photograph

Process to Apply for ePass Karnataka Scholarship

Now you have to click on your desired scholarship
Fill in all the details required
Here attach all the important documents
Now click on the Submit button
Take the printout of the application form.
Now submit this application form with the attached copies of important documents to the concerned district taluk office

Here fill the required details such as Application No., Academic Year, SSLC Pass Type, Year of Pass, SSLC Register Number, Date of Birth, and the text shown in the image.

Search Application Number

Now click on Know your Application Number

Here fill the required details such as Fresh/ Renewal, Academic Year, SSLC Pass Type, Year of Pass, SSLC Examination Number, Date of Birth, and The text shown in the image.
After filling in the details two option will appear search Scholar Details and Hostel Details
Click on your desired option
The status will appear on your screen

Hostel Application Status

First, visit the Official Website
The home page will be displayed on your screen.
On the homepage look under the section of student services
Now click on Hostel Application Status

A new web page will appear on your screen.
Here fill the details such as Application Number, Date of Birth, and the text shown in the image
Now click on the Get Status button

Download Pratibha Acknowledgement

First, visit the Official Website
The home page will be displayed on your screen.
On the home page look under the section of Student Services
Now click on the Pratibha Acknowledgement option

A new web page will appear on the screen
Here fill the required details such as Applicant Reference Number, SSLC Pass Type, SSLC Registration Number, SSLC Pass Year, Date of Birth and the text shown in Image, etc
After filling in all the required details click on the download acknowledgement button

View Reports

The home page will appear in front of you
On the homepage, click on the Reports option.

Here, you have to select the category such as Total Applied For PMS Online
After that click on Get Reports option
