About Karnataka Gruha Lakshmi Scheme
To empower the women of the state of Karnataka the Government of Karnataka has launched the Gruha Lakshmi scheme. Through this scheme, gender equality and women empowerment will be ensured. The government will provide cash assistance to the women head of the household. All those beneficiaries who want to apply under the scheme are required to submit their application starting July 19th, 2023 on the official website. All those candidates who will be selected under the scheme will be provided cash assistance straight into their bank account. Under this scheme, financial assistance up to Rs 2000 will be provided every month for 2 years. Only those people whose annual household income is under Rs 2 lakh will be provided the benefit of this scheme.
