Needed Potential For Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme
There are many establishments where training facilities are available but they have not been used due to their inability and this results in a lack of support from the Government of India. According to the size and the rate of the growing economy in India, the potential for apprenticeship training is not good and this results in many training facilities being wasted. If this establishment uses the apprenticeship to the minimum limit of 2.5% the total manpower could reach up to the number of 1,25,000. Therefore huge potential is needed for Apprenticeship training.
Approval Of Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme
As we all know apprenticeship training provides practice-oriented effective formal training to strengthen the industry. But the employers are not able to provide training because they can’t bear the cost which is required to provide basic training. By keeping this in mind the cabinet has approved the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme. Under this scheme, 25% of the basic cost will be provided by the government to reduce the burden on the shoulders of employers.
