About Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is a government body that is responsible for developing the Yamuna Expressway in a planned manner. Under the project of this authority, the main aim is to develop industrial units and provide support to resultant migration from Uttar Pradesh and surrounding areas. Currently, the government is developing plots in Greater Noida sectors 16, 17, 18, 20 and 22d. Around 477 plots will be sold through this scheme. This scheme will develop the expressway in such a manner that beneficiaries will be able to avail of various amenities related to it. What is the YEIDA Prime BHS Flat Scheme?
Under this scheme, the Yamuna Expressway authority will build multi-story BHS flats. This scheme will come into effect from 2nd August 2023. Citizens will be able to purchase up to 2 BHK flats under the YEIDA Prime BHS Flat Scheme which will have around 99.68 m area. There are around 462 flats that will be offered for sale under sector 22D. The amount of purchasing these flats is 42.34 lakh. To purchase these flats beneficiaries are required to submit an application fee which will cost 4,32,000. Beneficiaries are required to submit this money to the dedicated bank account. With the implementation of this scheme, accommodation will be provided to a lot of people moving from Uttar Pradesh and surrounding areas

What is the YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme?
Yamuna Expressway Authority has launched the YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme. Under the scheme residential plots will be offered in Noida sectors 16, 17, and 20. The authority has invited applications for the allotment of residual residential plots. All those beneficiaries who are interested in taking benefit of this scheme are requested to submit their application before 1st September 2023. The allotment draw under the scheme will be carried out on 18 October 2023. The plots will be offered up to 2000 square feet area. Out of the total number of plots reservation will be provided to the farmer category and functional industry. Around 22.5% of plots will be reserved for the above-mentioned category. With the implementation of this scheme, beneficiaries will be able to purchase flats according to their requirement

Allotment Process Under YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024
- Under the scheme, allotment will be done through the draw of lords
- The draw will be undertaken for each category separately
- The first draw will be conducted for those applicant who have chosen option 1 as payment plan
- If some plots are left unallotted then the second draw will be conducted for the applicant who has chosen the option of a payment plan
- If some of the plots are still left Unre located then a third draw will be conducted
