Eligibility criteria
- An applicant must be of Bihar State
- An applicant must be studying in a recognized post-matriculation or post-secondary course
- Applicant must be studying in a post-matric class
- An applicant must belong to the backward class
- The annual income of the family must not exceed 1.5 lakh
- Only two male applicants of a family are eligible for the scheme
- Any applicant who has cleared any course with the scholarship then he is not eligible to continue other courses.
