E Kalyan Jharkhand Scholarship has been started by the state government to benefit the students of the state. Under this scheme, the scholarship will be provided to any faculty and student studying in any class or passing out 10th ( post metric ) of Jharkhand. Under this scheme, only students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Backward Classes (ST, SC, OBC Category) of the state will be provided financial assistance in the form of scholarships by the State Government Encouraging them to study further. About E Kalyan Jharkhand Scholarship Scheme
Under this scheme, online scholarship has also been launched to provide scholarships to students studying in post matrices. Interested beneficiaries of the state, who want to apply for a scholarship under the E-Welfare Scholarship Scheme 2021, can apply online by visiting the official website of the E-Welfare Department and avail of the benefits of the scheme. E Kalyan Jharkhand Scholarship Scheme invites online applications for students studying in the post-matriculation only, Scheduled Castes and Other Backward Classes (ST, SC, OBC category), and those who have passed 10th.

Objectives Of E Kalyan Jharkhand Scholarship
As we know, there are many Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Castes, and Other Backward Classes students in the state, who are economically weak, they do not have to study much, and they have to leave their studies in between. In view of all these problems, the state government has started the E Kalyan Jharkhand Scholarship. Under this scheme, the scholarship will be provided to post-matric students of SC, ST, and OBC by the state government. The main objective is to make the students aware of education and encourage them to higher education through E Kalyan Jharkhand Scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria
The main eligibility conditions applicable to apply for the E Kalyan Jharkhand scholarship are given below
- An applicant must be a domicile of a permanent resident of Jharkhand state.
- An applicant must belong to a scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST), or backward class (BC).
- The annual income of the family should not exceed 2.5 Lakh for SC/ST and 1.5 Lakh for BC category.
