eSanjeevaniis a doctor-to-doctor telemedicine system is being deployed nationally at 155,000 Health and Wellness Centres under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme of the Government of India.eSanjeevaniOPD is also a part of it. The main aim of the government behind launching this portal is to provide healthcare services to patients in their homes. With the help of this portal, one can make safe & structured video-based clinical consultations with doctors in a hospital directly from home. eSanjeevaniOPD – Stay Home OPD has been created by the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) in Mohali.

E Sanjeevani OPD Online Registration Procedure
- Go to the official website of e-SanjeevaniOPD
- Hit patient registration option from menu bar
- Enter your mobile number and hit send OTP option
- Provide the OTP you received via SMS to verify your mobile number
- Now fill out the application form that appears on the screen and upload your medical records if any
- Submit the application form and you will receive a Patient ID and Token through SMS.
Procedure to consult a doctor
- Wait for the SMS notification and once you received it open the website again and click patient login
- Enter your mobile number and token number
- Hit the login option and wait for your turn to consult a doctor
- THE CALL NOW button will appear with the prescribed time
- Hit on it and consult with the doctor
Note: For each state OPD timing is different so first visit the website and check the timing of your state. Remember token generation will start 15 minutes before the opening of OPDs.
Procedure to download prescription

- Hit the patient profile option and enter your mobile number
- Hit send OTP and verify that it’s you
- Now hit the download e-prescription option
