Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility criteria for the allotment of plots under the Andhra Pradesh Housing Scheme are as follows:
- The scheme allows one plot per family.
- The annual household income of the applicant should not exceed Rs. 18,00,000.
- An applicant should be 18 years of age or above.
- The applicant should be a resident of Andhra Pradesh.

- You have to click on the option called Apply For Plot
- You have to now click on the option called New User Registration
- Registration form will open on your screen and you will have to fill out the registration form with important information about yourself to successfully apply for the scheme.
Required Documents
The following documents are required in order to successfully fill out the application form in this scheme:
- a. Income: Applicants must submit supporting documents for their income source based on their occupation:
- i. For salaried income: Employer/Drawing Officer.
- ii. For agricultural income: Tahsildar.
- iii. For rental income: Municipal Commissioner.
- iv. For business income: Form-16.
- b. Age: The applicant must be above 18 years old.

- State Government Employees who wish to avail the benefit of 10% reservation in the plots and 20% rebate must apply to those layouts only which are under development in their respective assembly constituencies where they have permanent residence. Supporting documents required are:
- i. A Certificate of State Government employment from their Employer/Drawing Officer.
- ii. Self-attested Permanent Residence Certificate supported by an entry in their Service Register as their Home Town or a Certificate issued by Revenue Authorities.
- State Government Employees who wish to avail the benefit of 10% reservation in the plots and 20% rebate must apply to those layouts only which are under development in their respective assembly constituencies where they have permanent residence. Supporting documents required are:
Selection Process
The applicant must follow the following selection procedure in order to get successfully selected in this prestigious scheme:
- a. General Category:
- i. Applicants from the same constituency where the layout is proposed will have priority in the allotment.
- ii. Applicants can apply for any number of locations in the State but can apply for only one plot within each available category in a particular location.
- iii. If an allotment is made for one location, the applicant’s application for all other locations will be discarded.
- b. Government Employees:
- i. Allotment will only be done in the constituency if the employee wishes to avail the benefit of a 10% quota and 20% rebate.
- ii. The 20% rebate for allottees under the quota of Government Employees will be provided at the rate of 10% each in the last two instalments.
- iii. They can apply under the general category anywhere in the State without the benefit of quota and rebate.
- c. Pensioners:
- i. Allotment will only be done in the constituency if the pensioner wishes to avail the benefit of a 5% quota without the benefit of any rebate.
