What Is PMAY Online Form 2024?

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was created to provide housing opportunities to people who are otherwise not able to get housing opportunities due to the inflation that is prevalent in India. The people who belong to the economically backward section of society can apply for the PMAY Online Form which was created in the year 2015 by the Indian government. The central government has been providing opportunities to the people belonging to the economically backward section of society. Different houses are provided through the development of the scheme. The housing opportunities are provided based on the financial conditions of these applicants.

Important Dates

• The deadline to apply for the PMAY Scheme for a home loan subsidy is December 31, 2024.
• The deadline for the MIG(I & II) category under the Credit Link Subsidy Scheme CLSS is December 31, 2024.

Category of the Candidates

There are different categories of candidates who will be able to take part in this scheme and some of them are presented below:-

Beneficiary	Annual Income of the household
Economically Weaker Section (EWS)	Up to Rs 3 lakhs
Lower Income Group (LIG)	Rs 3 – 6 lakhs
Middle Income Group-1 (MIG-1)	Rs 6 – 12 lakhs
Middle Income Group-2 (MIG-2)	Rs 12 – 18 lakhs

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must follow the following documents to successfully apply for the scheme:-

• The applicant must be above the age of 18 years.
• The applicant must not own a house.
• You shouldn’t have been given government aid in the past to buy a house.
• You must belong to one of the three categories listed below:
  • Low-income Group (LIG)
  • Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
  • Middle-Income Group (MIG 1 or 2)
• This categorization is based on the annual income of the applicant.
• The following people are not eligible to apply for a house under this scheme:-
  • Those who earn more than Rs 18 lakhs annually.
  • Individuals who own a pucca house anywhere in the nation.
  • Those who have previously received a housing allowance from the government.

Documents Required 

The applicant must submit the following documents while applying for this system:-

• For salaried
  • Identity Proof: PAN Card/Aadhaar Card/Voter’s Card/Driving Licence
  • Nationality Identification Proof (Voter’s Card/Aadhaar Card) – Original and a Copy
  • Proof of category: SC/ST/OBC/Minority certificate
  • Address Proof: Aadhaar Card/Driving Licence
  • Income Proof: Salary slip/Appointment Letter/Salary Certificate
  • LIG/EWS Income certificate
  • Form 16/Income Tax Assessment Order/Latest Income Tax Return, if applicable
  • Certificate of valuation for the property
  • Bank statement for the last six months
  • Plan of Construction
  • NOC from the housing society/competent authority
  • Certificate for the cost of construction
  • Construction agreement
  • Advance payment receipts
  • Allotment letter of property/agreement, or other relevant property documents
  • Affidavit stating that the applicant or any of their family members do not own a pucca house anywhere in the country.
• For self-employed/business professional
  • Identity Proof: PAN Card/Aadhaar Card/Voter’s Card/Driving Licence
  • Nationality Identification Proof: Voter’s Card/Aadhaar Card
  • Proof of category: SC/ST/OBC/Minority certificate
  • Address Proof: Aadhar Card/Driving Licence
  • Income Proof
  • Form 16/Income Tax Assessment Order/Latest Income Tax Return, if applicable
  • Attested financial statements of the business to check the nature and activity of the business
  • Bank statement of the last six months
  • Plan of Construction
  • NOC from housing society/competent authority
  • Certificate for the cost of construction
  • Construction agreement with details of developer and builder
  • Advance payment receipts
  • Allotment Letter of property/agreement, or other relevant property documents
  • Affidavit stating that the applicant or any of their family members do not own a pucca house anywhere in the country.
  • Income Tax Return (ITR) statements
  • Proof that the beneficiary is constructing a home only under the PMAY scheme
  • Proof that the beneficiary does not own a ‘pucca’ house anywhere.

PMAY Online Form 2024 Application Process

To apply for the application of scheme you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-

• First, you have to visit the official website of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana acting on the link given here.

• The home page will open on your screen
• Click the “Citizen Assessment” option present on the top right corner of the webpage.
• After clicking, the drop-down menu will appear 
• You have to now click on the option called apply online and four options will open on your screen.
• You have to click on the option called In Situ Slum Redevelopment
• A new page with the application form will open on your screen and you will have to submit the application form accordingly.
• Verify your mobile number and submit the application form.

Offline Application

The applicant must follow the following application procedure if they want to fill out at the application offline:-

• You can fill out the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Registration Form 2023 offline by going to the closest CSC or an affiliated bank that has cooperated with the government for the PMAY program. 
• You have to pay the application fee of Rs 25.
• The following is a list of the documentation you must include with your PMAY 2023 application at the time of submission:
  • Copy of ID proof
  • Copy of address proof
  • Copy of Aadhaar card
  • Copy of income proof
  • Certificate of valuation for the property
  • NOC from the competent authority
  • Affidavit stating that you or your family does not own any house in India.

Search Beneficiaries

To search the beneficiaries you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-

• The home page will open on your screen
• You have to click on the option called Search Beneficiary 
• A drop-down when you opens on your screen and you have to click on the option called Beneficiary Wise Funds Released

• A new tab will open on your screen
• You will then enter your mobile number and click on the send OTP button.
• You need to verify your information and then you will be able to search for the beneficiary. 
• The details will be displayed on your screen.

Track Application Status Using Application Number

To track your application status by using the application number you just have to follow these simple steps:-

• First, you have to visit the official website of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana acting on the link given here.
• The home page will open on your screen
• Click the “Citizen Assessment” option present on the top right corner of the webpage.
• After clicking, the drop-down menu will appear 
• From the dropdown menu select “Track Your Assessment Status”

• Click on the “By Assessment ID” button.
• Enter your assessment ID and Mobile No. 
• Click on the submit option.
• The assessment status will appear on your screen.

Track Status Using Name, Father’s name & Mobile Number 

To track your application status by using the name, father’s name, and mobile number you just have to follow the simple steps given below:-

• Click the “Citizen Assessment” option present on the top right corner of the webpage.
• After clicking, the drop-down menu will appear

• Enter name, Mobile number, City, District 
• Click on Submit
• The assessment status will appear on the screen.

Subsidy Calculator

To calculate the subsidy you will have to follow the simple procedure given below:-

• You have to click on the option called Subsidy Calculator and a new page will open on your screen.

• Click on the submit button and the Subsidy amount will be on your computer screen.

MIS Login Process
