On 24th April 2023, the Education Minister of Assam Dr Ranoj Pegu launched the Shiksha Setu Axom Portal. Through this portal, all the government and private schools have to provide 360-degree information about their staff and students. It is a digital platform that is designed to serve as a single source of information for the day-to-day operations of the school. So that the education department can be able to take any kind of action promptly. With the implementation of this portal, the overall performance of the school will be improved.
- The schools are required to update this information during school updation week which will be held from April 24 to April 30, 2023.
