Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Assam.
• The applicant must be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 45 years.
• The applicant must have passed class 10th.
• The applicant must have the necessary skills and knowledge.
• The applicant should not come from a government service or pension.
• The applicant must not have a history of loans.
• The applicant must be registered with the employment office.

• 2 lakh eligible beneficiaries to be targeted over the next 2 years through the scheme. 1 lakh in FY 2023-24 and 1 lakh in FY 2024-25.
