YSR Vahana Mitra 2024: AP Auto Driver Scheme, Payment Status

YSR Vahana Mitra:- The Chief Minister Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy launched the YSR Vahan Mitra scheme on 4 June 2020 for the beneficiaries like auto drivers and cab drivers. Under the AP Auto Driver Scheme owners of auto-rickshaw drivers, and taxi maxi cab drivers will be provided with a monetary benefit of Rs. 10,000. This scheme was launched last year for these beneficiaries and it was quite successful but after the lockdown, it has been relaunched now to achieve success like before. About YSR Vahana Mitra

The concerned authorities of Andhra Pradesh have relaunched the second phase of the scheme. According to this scheme, the auto driver taxi driver will get 10000 rupees per annum to cover the repair work, fitness of the auto-rickshaw, and additional expenses also. The benefit will be given through bank accounts to auto cab drivers who are registered under YSR Vahana Mitra. YSR Vahana Mitra Payment Released

The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh CM Jagan Mohan Reddy released the payment under the YSR Vahana Mitra scheme on 29 September 2023. Around Rs 275.93 crores have been released towards the 5th tranche of YSR Vahana Mitra which has benefited around 2,75,931 auto, taxi, maxi, cab driver, and MDU operators. Through this installment, the government has credited the amount of Rs 10000 directly into the bank account of the beneficiary. During the public meeting, the Chief Minister also asked the drivers to take fitness certificates for vehicles and pay insurance on time to ensure the safety of the passengers. The government has so far spent Rs 1301 crore under this scheme for providing financial assistance of Rs 50000 to each of the beneficiaries. This financial assistance has been provided at the rate of Rs 10000 per annum to the beneficiaries

Objective Of the YSR Vahana Mitra Scheme

As we all know many auto and Cab drivers belong to the economically weaker section. and due to their financial condition, they are not able to meet the recurring expenses of their autos and cabs. By keeping this in mind the CM of Andhra Pradesh YS Jaganmohan Reddy has relaunched the second phase of the YSR Vahana Mitra Scheme. Under the Ap Auto Driver scheme, the monetary help of Rs. 10,000 per annum will be provided to the auto drivers so that they will be able to meet their expenses of repair, Insurance, etc

Implementation of the YSR Vahana Mitra Scheme

The implementation of YSR Vahana Mitra has been moving very smoothly as it was according to the financial and educational level of the beneficiaries. The drivers can easily make their application at the E-service m e-service CSC MD and municipal commissioner workplaces. It is said that the scheme was relaunched on 4 June 2020 and the beneficiaries who have applied don’t need to re-apply now. 

Eligibility Criteria To Apply For This Scheme

• An applicant should be e above the age of 18 years.
• An applicant must be a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh.
• the name of the applicant should be mentioned in the white ration card and mee seva integrated certificate
• An applicant must belong to the below poverty line.
• An applicant must be an auto-rickshaw driver taxi driver or cab driver

• On the homepage, click on the online application form for financial assistance to owner cum driver w.r.t auto/taxi/cab vehicle
• A new web page will appear on your screen.
• Here click on the Online Application Section
• The application form will be displayed on your screen.
• Fill in all the details required in the form.
• Click on the preview option to recheck the form 
• After rechecking, click on the Submit button.
• The application ID and the other information will appear in front of you.
• Now you can take the printout for future reference.

• The home page will appear on your screen
• On the homepage, look under the section of the notice board.

• Here, you have to click on the Application Status link.

Download the Vahan Mitra Receipt

• First, visit the Official Website
• The home page will appear in front of you
• On the home page, look under the section of the notice board.

• A new web page will appear in front of you.
• Here, click on the Download Receipt option

• Enter your Application ID and Aadhar Number.
• Then click on the Submit button.
• The receipt will be downloaded in PDF format.

• The application form will appear in front of you.
• You have to download the application form and take a printout of it.
